Faux Ranch:
– Fage Greek Yogurt + Ranch seasoning ❤

‘Don’t Knock It Until You Try It’ Spinach Smoothie:

–          Handful of ice
–          1 C. Almond Milk
–          1 Banana
–          ½ C. Blueberries
–          2 Tangerines
–          Handful of Cashews
–          Tsp. Peanut Butter
–          ½ C. Kale
–          1 C. Spinach
–          2 Tsp. Flax Seed

Throw everything into a blender and puree until smooth! You may need to add a splash of water to get it to a nice consistency.

Heavenly Pink Smoothie:

-Handful of ice
-1 C. Almond Milk
– 1 Banana, sauteed in pan for about 2 minutes
– 2 Tsp. Honey
– Handful of cashews
-1/2 C. Strawberries
– 1 Tsp. Chia Seeds
– 1/2 C. Raw Oats (Quaker for example)

Throw everything into a blender and pulse until smooth.

Creamy Coconut Smoothie

-Handful of ice
-1/2 c. Soy Milk
-Handful Strawberries
-1 Banana
-1 tsp Chia Seeds,
-1 Tbsp SunButter (sunflower seeds)
– 1/4 c. Protein Powder
– 3/4 tsp. coconut extract

Throw everything in a blender, pulse until smooth, Enjoy!

Almond Joy Smoothie:

-Handful of ice
-3/4 c. Almond Milk
-1/4 c. Chocolate Soy Milk
-1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (SunWarrior)
-1/2 banana
-cap full of almond extract
-cap full of coconut extract
-garnish with shredded coconut
-1 tsp. flax or chia seeds

Blend and enjoy! May need to add additional milk or water to thin out.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie (with a kick)

You will need:

-handful of ice
-1 cup almond milk
-splash of chocolate soy milk
-1 cup strawberries
-scoop chocolate protein powder
-1 tsp. flax

Want it with a kick? Add:

-scoop instant coffee
-coconut extract
-top with shredded coconut

Blend and enjoy!
